Stone of Rememberance

March 1st - Benjamin's first day rolling over on his own

Thanks Heather for letting us borrow the jumper

First time interacting with a toy

This boy loves to bounce!

We had a fun day at the Memphis Zoo with some of the ladies/kids from our BFC

My little monkey

Worn out from looking at all the zoo animals

Benjamin is so cute when we wake him up for his night time bottle

We finally broke the swaddle! Victory!
Now he's rolling all over the crib

No...he's not standing on his own yet
But he did stand long enough for me to snap this cute picture!

I adore his cute baby talk

Playtime

Benjamin loves it when pretty girls come to visit

With dad at work

Benjamin loved watching the Tigers play in the Tournament
This is what he thought of the final score
Memphis 54 SLU 61

Took his 4 months shots like a champ!

One of the joys of parenthood...having your son leak of his diaper out in an inconvenient spot
LOL

Rice Cereal - Day #1
I think 5% actually got in his mouth

Finally caught his sweet laugh on camera

Benjamin and Ms. Elliot Burke
His first picture with a girl (his age)
They were born only 8 weeks apart!

Benjamin spiked a 103 fever that did not come down after Tylenol
The doc sent us to LeBonheur in the middle of the night...

After 2.5 hrs in the ER waiting room we finally got back to see the doctor
By 5am in the morning he was still running a 102 temp and we were all exhausted
They ruled out the flu and RSV; he broke out into a full body rash on the 3rd day
The doctor said it was Roseola
Such a good medicine taker

Next few days Benjamin got lots of love and rest

Thankfully his fever and rash went away and he was back to his smiley self!

This was the rock I handed to Frank one year ago when I told him we were pregnant.
We keep it in our 'Stones of Rememberance' Jar in the front hallway
It's so sweet to remember God's faithfulness!

Joshua 4:21-24
Then Joshua said to the Israelites, "In the future your children will ask, 'What do these stones mean?' Then you can tell them, 'This is where the Israelites crossed the Jordan on dry ground.' For the LORD your God dried up the river right before your eyes, and He kept it dry until you were all across, just as He did at the Red Sea when He dried it up until we had all crossed over. He did this so all the nations of the earth might know that the LORD's hand is powerful, and so you might fear the LORD your God forever.
