This has generally been the forecast for the entire month of June
So I bought Benjamin rain boots which were a hit!
He went from jumping in puddles...
to jumping off the side of the pool...
to jumping off the diving board for the first time!
Hannah's first time in the pool
She enjoys cruising in her car
Frank had his 10 year Westminster High School Reunion at Itta Bena downtown.
It's really been 13 years since he graduated but since they only had 12 in his class they combined 2000-2005. We enjoyed catching up with old friends and teachers.
The Kroger around the corner is tearing down an apartment building to expand. This has provide FREE entertainment this month as we have watched.
I love the chalkboard Frank built me and enjoy being able to write different scriptures each week.
Breakfast on the porch
Nothing is better than being home with these two kiddos!
Happy 7 Months Hannah
She is growing like a weed...or like our grass this month with all the rain!
The boys getting ready to leave on their first fishing trip
Benjamin's not too sure what to think about that fish! Ha!
Mamaw and Papaw celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary this month!
Incredible!
We always enjoy going to visit
My mom sewed Hannah some adorable summertime dresses!
Benjamin has discovered a LOVE for edamame!
We typically share a bag for snack time
This month we have tackled potty training.
Benjamin earned a brand new tractor after being successful
You have never seen a child more proud (or parent)
Baby swap now has 8 kids: 3 babies and 5 toddlers.
It's a lot of work...but it's fun and totally worth it!
Especially when you go to Fun Quest and play laser tag!
Blast from the past.
As we were the last people leaving the building a worker asked if we wanted to skate. He turned on the disco lights and gave us roller blades. It was a flash back from middle school (except with ghetto music). Sometimes it's fun to do something different.
I love going on family walks with the kids after dinner
Benjamin spends most of his time out of the stroller walking/running
...but he always takes time to stop and smell the flowers
We ended the month with a BANG
Benjamin's first fireworks at the Starlight Spectacular.
After 24 hrs of thunderstorms we thought it would be cancelled but fireworks were still on - it actually made a nice stream through the fields for the kids to play (hence Benjamin sitting on a towel). We decided to embrace the messiness in order to make sweet memories : )
