From snow to sunglasses

From snow to sunglasses in just 10 days

Crazy March weather

Benjamin and Hannah have two new second cousins this month!
Arie Warren & Samuel Roman
Born 12 hrs apart : )

And their baby twin 1st cousins, Henry and Oliver will be here soon!

I hosted a "Tea for Two" baby shower for Michele

We had a sweet time celebrating!

First present was a pink dress...oops!
She is having identical twin boys - lol

Family : )

The kids woke up to a winter wonderland

Finally...we got a good SNOW!

We took a day off and went to Mud Island to play with friends

Benjamin's first solo sled ride!
He was a champ!

Maria made us grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup to warm up after our snow activities.
It was perfect : )

Snow Day #2 We decided to bring the snow inside

This literally kept them entertained for an hour!

Snow turned to rain as it started to warm up

We enjoyed more indoor playdates with friends

and hanging around the house

Planting season has begun

The sun came out and spring is here!!

2014
"First Annual Spring Party"

2015
These 5 did a lot of growing the past year

2014 babies

2105 now toddlers
Especially these cuties!!!

Egg hunt

Everyone enjoying their bird's nest cookies
We definitely got some looks by people walking by the house.
We promised they were not all our kids!
Although I would claim them : )

What is a spring party without baby chicks and bunnies
(yes...we now have chickens)

Pin the tail on the bunny

We wrapped up the night with decorating pots to plant flowers

Every morning Hannah asks for this book - too cute!

Hannah ready for church : )

Hello sunshine

4th Annual Life Group Zoo Trip

Botanic Gardens Big Back Yard

Hannah loves the "bubus"

Beginning of March we built a snowman and now a sandcastle

Frank picked up a little something for our back yard : )
In April our back yard will be finished!

How do you know you're having fun?
You get dirty!

Digging post holes for the fence where we will put the rabbit hutch and chicken coop

Benjamin got several hearts for "waiting with a happy heart". I'm not going to lie - this has been a difficult one for a three year old...and his mother : )

Case & Point
That is Benjamin's masterpiece...with chapstick...on our wall : (
It won't wash off. Patience was not my first reaction in this moment.
It has been a reminder of my need for God's grace in my life and a greater need to show that to my children, even when they have momentary lapse of sanity. lol!
